Elman's BBSD is a video black burst separator for PAL/NTSC designed to extract sync and color burst from a composite video signal, then distribute it on 4 outputs for genlocking and other uses.
Note that the BBSD requires an incoming signal in order to operate, it should not be used as a sync or burst generator.
Elman's BBSD is a stand alone module (that can be accommodated in the ELMAN’s 1 RU 19" multifuction-system subrack which can be inserted together with other two stand alone modules simultaneously.
